The Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) announced today that Jim Schnyder has become the newest Board Member.
Schnyder is the 2014 & 2011 SourceCon Grandmaster with over 20 years of success in Talent Acquisition. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Recruiting Advisors, a Talent Acquisition focused consulting firm helping clients with recruiting technology, training, and best practices in sourcing.
Prior to starting Recruiting Advisors, Jim was in Talent Acquisition with PepsiCo for 17 years and worked on the agency side of the recruiting business. Jim is a frequent speaker and recruiting industry thought leader for best practices and strategies in areas of sourcing, recruiting, social media, technology, diversity, and candidate engagement. Jim lives in Frisco, TX, is a native of St. Louis and a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia.
Founded in 2016, the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) is the only global, member-driven non-profit representing all of talent acquisition. ATAP established the Professional Code of Recruiting Integrity, builds a common body of knowledge for and advocates on behalf of the profession, and fosters an inclusive community of all professionals who have talent acquisition responsibilities.
