ATAP Releases Source Effectiveness Guidelines

It’s time to start talking about source effectiveness vs. just source of hire. Join us on Thursday, July 23rd for a webinar to learn the steps to transform your approach, allowing you to measure the recruitment across the entire candidate journey.  We’ll be discussing the white paper created through the collective efforts of a diverse group of 13 talent acquisition veterans to help organizations by providing guidelines on how to approach source effectiveness. Join Mary Grace Hennessy, Founder & CEO of GraceRock, Debbie Tuel, VP of Client Strategy for Symphony Talent, and others on this exciting webinar and white paper release!

Our goal: To collectively build consensus and drive awareness of a standard framework and common understanding of how to approach Source Effectiveness.

Key topics include:
– Understanding and tracking the hiring journey
– Source touchpoint attribution models
– Key measurement approaches with specific examples

You can also learn what is involved in both forming and participating in an ATAP committee to help advance the Talent Acquisition body of knowledge. If you have a topic you are passionate about, you too can propose and help continue to build our professions’ collective knowledge base.
