Get involved and help ATAP achieve its mission to advance talent acquisition! Our committees often meet once per month as a team. There may also be ad-hoc meetings based upon various project needs. Each committee has a Chairperson who leads the meetings along with a member of the ATAP staff. A member from the board also attends as a board liaison and supports committee alignment with the board. LEARN & NETWORK
Purpose: Ensure A Successful Global Ta Day Virtual Event
Activities: Identify speakers and topics, help speakers refine topics, organize the speaker schedule, confirm speaker announcements and timing, partner with the marketing committee on event advertisements, and provide event day of support.

Purpose: Achieve Member Satisfaction With Professional Development Opportunities Provided By ATAP
Activities: Source content for the weekly industry newsletter and association blog, create and maintain the annual professional development calendar along with a schedule for webinars, coffee talks, and third-party trainings, and develop new opportunities for professional development based upon member feedback.

Purpose: Promote ATAP To Effectively Communicate With Existing Members And Drive Membership Growth
Activities: Collaborate with all other committees on marketing needs, keep ATAP website updated and make recommendations for changes, maintain Global TA Day page, build and execute social media content calendar/plan, develop new ideas for communication and membership growth.

GROW & RETAIN
Purpose: As A Conduit To The Membership Base, Ensure Existing Member Satisfaction And Drive New Member Growth
Activities: Complete rolling ATAP member surveys, synthesize feedback, and provide recommendations for ways to increase satisfaction to the board. Through collaboration with other committees, support execution of approved ideas. Oversee and grow online community participation (online community and Social Media), bring in new TA association partnerships to drive growth and retention, and develop new ideas for membership satisfaction and growth.

Purpose: Achieve Annual Sponsorship Revenue Goal To Ensure Atap Can Execute Annual Association Goals
Activities: Determine appropriate sponsorship opportunities. Identify, screen, and select sponsors to achieve annual sponsorship revenue goal. Collaborate with other committees, as appropriate, to ensure alignment with suggested sponsors based upon the event/opportunity.
