Christy is responsible for leading the global talent acquisition strategy and team, ensuring that iCIMS has the right people on the right teams to achieve business success. With 20 years of experience, Christy is a passionate and avid supporter of providing top-notch talent experiences. Her expertise is in building talent acquisition teams that serve as a competitive differentiator. She believes that talent fuels organizational growth and the way that we attract, engage, hire, and advance top talent determines growth potential.

Tarah Littlejohn currently leads the Talent Acquisition team for the Americas at MoneyGram, a Global Fintech company. With over 20 years in Talent Acquisition spanning staffing, executive search, and corporate recruitment Tarah has a wealth of knowledge across multiple industries and environments including healthcare, finance, retail, and IT. Her expertise includes developing TA Professionals to operate at both a functional and strategic level, and guiding business groups through growth and change management to ensure talent solutions align to business strategy. Her passions are data/analytics, process improvement, and finding efficiencies to create an elegant and agile TA process. Tarah is based in North Texas and when she isn’t making an impact in the TA world, she can probably be found at a yarn store searching for ideas for her next knitting/crochet project.

Cathy Henesey leads talent acquisition for AdventHealth headquartered in Orlando, FL. She has more than 25 years of talent acquisition and sourcing experience in a variety of industries, including IT, manufacturing, banking, and healthcare. Cathy’s expertise includes transforming teams to maximize process efficiencies using innovative sourcing strategies, funnel analytics, and workforce planning. Cathy has spoken at many national conferences, including the ITAA CEO Summit, ERE Expo, ASHHRA, and SOURCECON, and has been quoted in various newspapers including the Wall Street Journal. She has represented the recruitment industry in Washington D.C. as an advocate for the Immigration Visa Quota bill and healthcare initiatives.
Senior Recruitment Management Consultant, Helios HR
Rob is currently the Lead Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Consultant at emineo talent, a future-minded recruitment management consultancy that helps leaders navigate talent challenges during times of growth, change, and uncertainty. With 19 years of experience and multiple certifications in Talent Acquisition, he works with a diverse range of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them attract top talent and adapt to changes in the modern workplace. His efforts have contributed to the creation of intentional workplace cultures that foster exceptional workforce retention. Originally from the DC area, Rob now lives near Kansas City, MO with his family. He is a Navy brat (both parents served), passionate about American college football (was a college mascot with a push-up record), and has diverse hobbies such as Bonsai cultivation, kayaking, and forest therapy. He is driven by new experiences, being a “learn-it-all”, and building connections. Beyond his professional role, Rob has a history of involvement with industry-advancing, non-profit boards, serving in leadership roles that have earned him recognition for his contributions, most notably as a Board President or “volunteer of the year”.

Chloé Rada brings 20+ years of data-driven Recruitment Operations and Employment Branding experience and is known for driving big ideas and empowering others to make a positive change for the future of Talent Acquisition. She is passionate about recruitment marketing, storytelling, candidate experience, recruiter enablement, process excellence and technology automation.
Her career spans over two decades and across multiple industries from advertising to food and facilities management, life sciences, media and software development. As the Senior Director of Talent attraction at ZoomInfo, Chloé is a key part of their Talent Acquisition Leadership Team. She will help create and deliver a global Employer Brand Strategy, lead Recruitment Marketing Strategy and Execution, Campus Recruiting, and TA Tech Stack Strategy & Enablement, while driving a World-Class Candidate Experience or this growing technology company.
During her time at Nielsen, she led strategic management for the Talent Acquisition operations functions including delivering excellence and efficiency around the hiring process, HR technology systems, candidate experience and employment branding strategies. At Syneos Health, she led Recruitment Marketing and Branding globally for the Commercial Solutions division and drove talent attraction and candidate engagement strategies to compete in the Life Sciences industry.
During her nine years at Sodexo, Chloé was the head of TA Operations and Employment Branding for the US and supported hourly and management hiring of food service, facilities management and healthcare technology management professionals across the enterprise.
Awarded the 2020 Recruitment Marketer of the Year by Rally™ Recruitment Marketing for making an impact on Sodexo’s recruitment marketing efforts and her mentorship of others in her organization, in her external partners and in her communities! Also recognized in 2020 as one of the TAtech’s 100 most influential thought leaders who set the agenda for innovation and understanding in talent acquisition strategy and management and talent technology.
She started her career in the industry at Rada Advertising, holding roles on the account and sales team as well as an integral Marketing executive overseeing the agency’s marketing goals and objectives including managing brand, messaging, client engagement and market/industry positioning for the Talent Acquisition industry. Here she built several strategic partnerships to develop and launch digital solutions and new products for the agency such as video campaigns, cultural and brand assessments, microsite platforms and retargeting programs.
Chloé is an active board member for the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP), a global non-profit organization that sparks innovation, engagement and knowledge sharing for Talent Acquisition. She has also volunteered her time and expertise to HR.com, Arch Advisory Group, DisruptHR Chicago, Society of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (STAR Chicago) and provided job search training to community organizations and students. She is also a published TA author and legacy conference/webinar speaker.

BJ McGuire is an executive with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition. He has led talent acquisition teams within technology search firms, financial services, media and entertainment, and SaaS. Based out of Los Angeles, CA, BJ currently leads the global talent acquisition function for Procore Technologies. He is responsible for all aspects of talent strategy, sourcing, insights, operations, branding, and recruitment delivery across the US, EMEA, ANZ, APAC, LATAM, and CA. Prior to his experience with Procore, he spent 15 years leading the Corporate and Enterprise Talent Acquisition function for the Walt Disney Company.
